Managing Partner Lash Harrison was recognized by Profiles in Diversity Journal as a "2016 CEO in Action."

"Although not everyone may come into this world on equal footing, we are all human and shouldn't be treated differently because of characteristics we can't change. Those opportunities may look different for different people. In this way, a one-size-fits-all approach fails every time. I try to ensure that we always consider this fact in developing and implementing any program, initiative or rule within our firm," said Lash.
