Lyne Richardson, managing parnter of Ford & Harrison's Los Angeles office and Michelle Rappoport, an associate in that office, authored an article for the California Employment Law Letter in which they discuss a recent California Court of Appeal decision in which the court refuses to enforce an arbitration agreement between an employee and her former employer.
