The article covers seven cases dealing with different issues including class waivers, sexual orientation bias, the Fourth Circuit's joint employer test, auto service advisers being overtime exempt, tip pooling, available damages for ADEA retaliation claims, and paid meal breaks offsetting overtime.
On auto service advisers being overtime exempt Rick said, “Since the Supreme Court addressed the issue once, it is likely it’ll go back before them so they can issue a clear ruling as to whether advisers are exempt or not."
