Executive Summary: OFCCP posted notices of the Corporate Scheduling Announcement Letters (CSAL) on its website yesterday. It is our understanding that the listed federal contractors have already received their letters this fiscal year, however, not in all cases. We encourage you to take a look to see if your company is listed. OFCCP indicated that the release was accidental and that the agency has not yet implemented its policy of posting CSAL letters online. Until the agency makes such announcement, CSAL letters will continue to be sent by regular mail.
