ABOUT THE PROGRAM

Students will deepen their knowledge of

  • aligning strategy and global rewards,
  • driving strategic change and employee behavior,
  • meeting the challenges of rewarding in a global context, and
  • developing, assessing and reshaping a global reward strategy.

Multinationals such as the AGC Europe, Axel Spring AG, Unilever, Bombardier Transportation GmBH and GlaxoSmithKline will be sharing their industry experience with students.
