ABOUT THE PROGRAM
Students will deepen their knowledge of
- aligning strategy and global rewards,
- driving strategic change and employee behavior,
- meeting the challenges of rewarding in a global context, and
- developing, assessing and reshaping a global reward strategy.

Professor Xavier Baeten (Vlerick Business School), Professor Christelle Tornikoski (Grenoble Ecole de Management) and Dr.Marion Festing (ESCP Europe) will lead the academic staff teaching the course. Multinationals such as the AGC Europe, Axel Spring AG, Unilever, Bombardier Transportation GmBH and GlaxoSmithKline will be sharing their industry experience with students.
