Herb Gerson Elected to Executive Committee and Americas Committee of Ius Laboris

FordHarrison is pleased to announce that Herb Gerson, the Firm's Co-Managing Partner, has been elected to serve on the Executive Committee of Ius Laboris.  He will also chair the Americas Committee of Ius Laboris. FordHarrison is the sole U.S. member of Ius Laboris.

Herb Gerson focuses his practice on managing all areas related to traditional labor and employment issues both domestically and globally. He co-chaired the Labor and Employment Committee of the Litigation Section of the American Bar Association and is a graduate of Leadership Memphis and a member of the Advisory Board to the Memphis Area Chamber of Commerce. Herb is a member of the Labor and Employment Subcommittees of the American, Tennessee and Memphis Bar Associations, as well as the International Bar Association. He is also a member of the ABA International Labour and Employment Law Committee. Herb is a Fellow of the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers and a Fellow of Litigation Counsel of America.
