Adam is a trial attorney involved in all aspects of litigation for a wide variety of clients in both state and federal courts with an emphasis in labor and employment law. Adam has successfully handled dozens of cases to enforce non-compete agreements and to prevent the dissemination of trade secrets by former employees. He is also experienced in representing employers in cases of alleged harassment, retaliation and discrimination. In addition to his employment litigation experience, Adam has defended clients in cases of product liability, premises liability, medical malpractice, and commercial, construction and insurance litigation.

Adam has achieved outstanding results for clients including favorable verdicts and summary judgments in complex, multi-million dollar cases involving allegations of serious and permanent personal injuries or death as a result of alleged product defects and/or negligence. Adam works closely with in-house counsel, insurance adjusters, company management, employees and experts to accomplish clients' litigation and business objectives. In the insurance area, Adam advises and defends insurance companies in coverage disputes relating to claims arising under the Employee Retirement Income Act of 1974 (ERISA) and life, disability, and business liability policies. His practice includes drafting and interpreting contracts, providing legal counsel to corporate clients in regard to dispute and liability avoidance techniques.
