Andy McClintock concentrates his practice in airline matters.
His experience includes litigating Railway Labor Act issues, conducting arbitrations before airline system boards of adjustment, representing management in NMB-sponsored grievance mediation, negotiating collective bargaining agreements and giving general advice on labor and employment issues.
Andy was commissioned as an officer in the U.S. Marines for eight years. He completed flight school and served five years as a pilot with a helicopter squadron. In law school, he was a member of the Emory International Law Review.
Recent Experience
- Recently Andy has arbitrated a number of discharge cases arising from pilot competency matters and a wide variety of contractual disputes.
- Andy has been involved in recent litigation seeking to enforce and vacate arbitration awards.
