Brooks Anderson focuses his legal practice on the representation and counsel of management in employment law matters.

Prior to joining FordHarrison, Brooks was an associate at a Miami-based business, civil, and commercial litigation firm. He has experience advising corporate clients in various aspects of employment law including the drafting of employment agreements and helping clients avoid costly litigation. Brooks works with clients to gain a comprehensive understanding of their businesses ensuring proactive compliance with state and federal law.

Brooks also has experience in the public sector, having served as an Assistant State Attorney in one of the largest offices in the country, Miami-Dade County. Brooks has tried over 30 cases as well as handled appellate cases in the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida.

During law school, Brooks served as the President of the Criminal Law Society. He received a public interest grant from the Emory Public Interest Committee for his dedication to public service.
