Bruce Fahey is a Shareholder with Kastner Westman & Wilkins, which is Of Counsel to FordHarrison.

Bruce has over thirty years of workers' compensation experience in all aspects of workers' compensation. His experience with the in-house management of large corporation's workers' compensation program, the management of a third party administration firm, and now with the representation of employers at the Industrial Commission and in the Courts of Ohio provided him with the breadth and depth of experience of the "big picture" and the knowledge of employers' needs and goals. More importantly, he accomplishes those goals in a cost-efficient and timely manner.

Whether an employer is publicly or privately held, self-insured or state-funded, Bruce provides advice to employers to assist them in the development, implementation and use of cost-effective workers' compensation risk management programs. Regardless of whether it is the representation of a state-fund employer in a premium dispute with the Bureau of Workers' Compensation, in which savings of over $220,000 were achieved, to the ultimate resolution and closure of claims by way of timely settlements in court appeals, he always does his best to solve employer problems as efficiently and economically as possible. Bruce's greatest source of enjoyment at work is resolving clients' problems.
