Alternative Schedule Policy. FordHarrison offers several alternative solutions for employees looking for a less traditional work schedule. The firm has alternative schedules for associates who choose to work less than a full-time schedule. We also developed a staff attorney program in 2008, which offers associates an alternative to the partnership-track attorney position. Likewise, partners have the ability to work a flexible schedule so long as they meet minimal production requirements.
