Glendy Lau's legal practice is focused on the representation of management in labor and employment law matters.

Glendy represents employers in all aspects of labor and employment litigation. She defends management in litigation involving discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation, and other labor and employment related actions. She also defends management in class action litigation involving misclassification, wage and hour, and meal and rest period violations.

to joining FordHarrison, Glendy practiced at a Pasadena-based law firm where she represented corporate clients from different sectors that included finance, retail, e-commerce, and real estate. She specialized in all phases of the litigation process. In addition, she served as a mediator for the Department of Consumer Affairs, resolving civil disputes filed before the Los Angeles Superior Court.

law school, Glendy was a judicial extern for the Honorable Kim McLane Wardlaw at the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. She served as Articles Editor of the UC Davis Law Review and Editor of the UC Davis Business Law Journal. addition, she received the Witkin Award for Legal Research and Writing.
