Jamie N. Mahler is an Associate with Lowenbaum Law, which is Of Counsel to FordHarrison LLP.
Jamie advocates for clients in labor, employment, employee benefits, executive compensation, and general business litigation matters. Jamie researches and analyzes employment-related disputes involving claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and various other violations of state and federal laws. For example, Jamie has handled Charges of Discrimination pending before the Missouri Commission on Human Rights and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
With degrees in business and law and prior experience working for major corporations, Jamie brings a broader view when assisting her clients with federal and administrative labor and employment litigation, grievance handling, interest arbitrations and collective bargaining negotiations. Jamie also counsels clients regarding HIPAA compliance.
Jamie graduated with honors from the Saint Louis University School of Law, where she served as an Articles Editor for the Saint Louis University Public Law Review, a student mentor, and a representative of the Student Bar Association's Budget Committee. She also served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Paula P. Bryant in the 22nd Judicial Circuit and as a student attorney in the Saint Louis University Legal Clinic.
