Joanna Rich concentrates her practice on the representation of employers in labor and employment law matters.
She has experience handling a wide range of employment issues including conducting internal investigations of sexual harassment and assault, pregnancy discrimination, whistleblower claims, and misappropriation of trade secrets. Joanna has also counsels employers on employee handbooks, FMLA eligibility, wage and hour compliance and disciplinary issues.
Prior to joining Ford & Harrison, Joanna served as an associate in the labor and employment practice group of a large full-service law firm. After law school, she completed a year long clerkship for the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division where she was a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Mary Catherine Cuff, Presiding Judge.
