Natalya Johnson focuses her law practice on the representation and counsel of management in employment law issues.
Natalya actively litigates in federal and state courts and in alternate dispute resolution forums. She has handled matters on behalf of financial institutions, not-for-profit organizations and Fortune 500 companies. Additionally, Natalya defends employers in matters including restrictive covenants, discrimination, and retaliation cases.
Prior to joining FordHarrison, Natalya served as an associate at a national full-service law firm. In this role, she handled a broad range of matters including general business litigation and contract disputes. While in law school, she served as the General Editor for the Cornell Journal of Law and Public Policy and on the Cornell Law School Moot Court Board. Natalya earned her bachelor's degree magna cum laude from Cornell University. During her time at Cornell, she also competed as an NCAA Division I Track & Field athlete.
