With 35 years' experience, Rob practices traditional labor and employment law, representing management in cases before the National Labor Relations Board and other federal and state regulatory agencies, in collective bargaining negotiations, labor arbitrations, and conducting union avoidance campaigns.
He has successfully resolved a number of picketing situations and helped companies manage the labor legalities of operational changes. He counsels clients on avoiding employment discrimination and retaliation claims, and represents employers in investigations before the EEOC and state employment enforcement agencies.
