Sarah Sepasi focuses her practice on the representation of employers in labor and employment disputes.
Sarah Sepasi advises, represents and trains employers in various areas of labor and employment law including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation and wage and hour matters. She counsels employers on workplace issues including leaves of absences, disability accommodation, personnel policies, severance agreements and human resources decisions. Sarah has worked extensively with clients in the entertainment, technology, restaurant, manufacturing, and real estate industries. She also dedicates a portion of her practice to defending employers in wage and hour actions under the California Private Attorney General Act.
Prior to joining FordHarrison, Sarah was an associate at a civil litigation firm, where she focused her practice on representing public entity employers in employment disputes. During law school, Sarah served as a Certified Clerk in the Felony Trials Division and Victim Impact Unit of the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office.
