The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010 (the "Health Care Act" ) imposes many new requirements on employers with group health plans. Benefit plans will need to be reviewed and changed as the requirements of the Health Care Act are implemented over the next several years. Ford & Harrison attorney Daniel Sulton will discuss the key provisions of the Health Care Act, how they will impact your business, and the deadlines and action items you will need to consider.

Healthcare Reform Act and Critical Tax Changes
The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010 in combination with the Health Care and Education Tax Credits Reconciliation Act of 2010 collectively known as the "Health Care Act" was passed at the end of March.
