FordHarrison LLP, one of the country's largest management-side labor and employment law firms, is pleased to announce that Al McKenna, a Partner in the firm's Orlando office, has been elected to the firm's Executive Committee. The Executive Committee consists of seven diverse firm partners who oversee every aspect of the firm's operation and development. They are responsible for the implementation of major firm decisions and policies, and for overseeing the day to day management of the firm.
"Al has proven his excellent leadership skills and unwavering commitment to the firm as the Managing Partner of the Orlando office," explained Lash Harrison, FordHarrison's Managing Partner. "We are excited to have his experience and insight continue to serve the firm on the Executive Committee."
Al McKenna, Board Certified as a Specialist in Labor and Employment Law by the Florida Bar, has represented management in all aspects of employment and labor law since 1983. Al is a traditional labor lawyer with extensive experience in union campaigns, collective bargaining, arbitrations, and hearings and trials before the National Labor Relations Board. Al is also an experienced trial lawyer, having tried employment related cases in state and federal courts. Al represents a broad array of employers in a variety of industries all across America, but focuses his practice on the healthcare industry and government contractors.
