About the Program
Please join FordHarrison attorneys Robbin W. Hutton and Russell W. Jackson for a complimentary presentation to discuss how employers can effectively implement measures relating to termination and discipline.  Although the termination decision is a necessary aspect of a company’s operations, it is rarely an easy decision and can lead to possible legal exposure and significant financial liability.  The presentation will provide best practices employers can utilize to attempt to limit litigation exposure, including maintaining key sections of handbooks, conducting proper investigations, preparing necessary documentation and properly communicating the company’s termination or discipline decision.
