Partner Mark Saloman was quoted in the Law360 article, "Class Actions, Arbitrations May Hinge On Scalia Replacement." The article focuses on what may happen with labor and employment issues that are presented to the U.S. Supreme Court after the sudden death of Justice Antonin Scalia.

On issues of employees right to talk about their job situations and the National Labor Relations Board limiting the reach of employers' confidentiality policies, Mark said, "To the extent that issues like those come before the court, they will undoubtedly be impacted by Justice Scalia's absence. If there's anyone who would have struck those down as being too broad, it would have been Scalia."
