"Complying with the New Employer Provisions Contained in the Economic Stimulus Act and CHIP Reauthorization Act of 2009" - Complimentary Webinar

The Economic Stimulus Act contains COBRA provisions that will substantially impact employers' ongoing obligations under COBRA. Employers need to take immediate steps to comply with the Act. Similarly, group health plans and employers will need to conform their plan and other documents in accordance with the new Children's Health Insurance Program Reauthorization Act of 2009, which amends ERISA and the Internal Revenue Code. We are offering a Webinar to explain the new obligations created by these two new Acts, and some strategies for administering these changes and obligations.
