- In this session, we will review the interrelating requirements placed on employers regarding workplace safety. From drug-free workplace policies, to workers’ compensation coverage and obligations, we will analyze what a business must do to remain compliant. We will also address the obligations enforced by the Occupational Safety and Health Agency, or OSHA. We will also provide an update on wage and hour developments.
