Ford & Harrison Expands Chicago Office – Philip S. Holloway Joins Firm

Chicago – Ford & Harrison LLP, a national labor and employment law firm, is pleased to announce the addition of Philip S. Holloway as a partner in the firm's Chicago office. Prior to joining Ford & Harrison, he was a partner in the employment law group of Gonzalez Saggio & Harlan LLP, the largest minority-owned law firm in the country.

Holloway concentrates his practice in the areas of employment law and ERISA litigation. He has successfully defended numerous race, national origin and gender discrimination and retaliation cases under Title VII and ERISA in both the federal district courts of several states and before the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. He has served as temporary employment in-house counsel for a Fortune 500 company and handles extensive third-party subpoena work all over the United States for that same Fortune 500 company.  

Holloway has also represented numerous credit unions in a variety of matters including employment litigation, fraud/negligence actions, warranty violations and premises liability lawsuits.

Earlier in his career, Holloway served as an administrative appeals clerk with the Cincinnati Office of Administrative Hearings. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the National Bar Association and the Chicago Bar Association. He received his J.D. from University of Cincinnati College of Law in 1999.
