Ford & Harrison LLP, a national labor and employment law firm, announces the addition of David A. Tango as associate in the firm's New York office. Prior to joining Ford & Harrison, Tango practiced labor and employment law as an associate at a New Jersey-based law firm.
Tango concentrates his practice on the representation of employers in labor and employment law matters. He represents and advises employers in all aspects of traditional labor law, including administration of collective bargaining agreements, union organizing campaigns and elections, collective bargaining negotiations, strikes, and picketing. He also defends employers in employment discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage and hour, and other employment-related cases before federal and state courts, and federal, state, and local agencies such as the EEOC, NYSDHR, and NYCCHR. Tango received his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law in 2007.
