Ford & Harrison Welcomes Kathryn Parham to the Memphis Office

Memphis – Ford & Harrison LLP, a national labor and employment law firm, announces the addition of Kathryn "Katie" Parham as an associate in the firm's Memphis office.

"I am very pleased to welcome Katie to the Memphis office," said Louis Britt, managing partner of the firm's Memphis office. "I believe her strong grasp of the law and great people skills makes her an excellent addition to the firm."

Parham focuses her practice on representing employers in labor and employment law disputes. She represents clients in a variety of matters including discrimination, harassment and retaliation claims under Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FLSA and state law discrimination.

While in law school, Parham was a staff member of the Tennessee Law Review and was elected to the Order of the Coif. She also served as a law clerk and extern for the District Attorney's Office, 6th Judicial District in Knoxville and worked as a summer associate for a Memphis-based labor and employment law firm. She received her J.D. from the University of Tennessee College of Law, magna cum laude, in 2010.
