Ford & Harrison's Los Angeles Office Continues Growth – Robert A. Orozco Joins

Ford & Harrison LLP, a national labor and employment law firm, is pleased to announce the addition of Robert A. Orozco as an associate in the firm's Los Angeles office. Previously, Orozco served as an associate in the labor and employment practice of Meyers Nave Riback Silver & Wilson in Los Angeles. 

Orozco defends private and public entities in various employment and labor lawsuits.  These lawsuits include FLSA collective actions, complex civil matters with concurrent District Attorney and Attorney General criminal investigations, internal investigations, labor negotiations, disciplinary hearings and trials and arbitrations.  He is experienced in a variety of areas of the law including Title VII, sexual harassment, discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, ADA, FMLA, CFRA, B&P 17200, and other matters. 

Orozco also provides advice and counsel to employers, including audit services and other risk management policies and practices, which reduce liability and premiums for clients.  He has successfully defended clients before various government agencies such as Labor Commissioner, EDD, EEOC, OSHA and DFEH.  Orozco received his J.D. from J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University in 1994.
