FordHarrison Adds Another Partner to New York Office

FordHarrison LLP, one of the country's largest management-side labor and employment law firms, is pleased to announce that the firm has added Norman A. Jenkins as a partner in the firm's New York office. Norman comes to FordHarrison from Troutman Sanders LLP.

Norman also has broad based experience in counseling clients in the retail, apparel, healthcare, food service, financial services, technology and other industries on compliance issues, workplace policies, workplace investigations, executive compensation and severance issues, discrimination and wrongful termination claims, confidentiality and non-competition agreements, the employment aspects of corporate restructuring and mergers and acquisitions, whistleblower claims and wage and hour issues.
