FordHarrison LLP, a national labor and employment law firm, is pleased to announce the addition of Bret C. Yaw as an associate in the firm's Orlando office.
Bret concentrates his practice on representing management in matters related to labor and employment law including discrimination, harassment, Title VII, ADA, FLSA, FMLA and retaliation claims.
During law school, Bret served as an Executive Board Member of the Law College Council managing and allocating budgeted funds to eligible member organizations, and on the Faculty Appointments Committee vetting, selecting, and advocating the student position on suitable candidates for open faculty positions to the faculty at-large. He also served as mentor at the Caring and Sharing Learning Center and as an intern at a low income family law center. Bret received his J.D. from the University of Florida in May 2012.
"We are excited to welcome Bret to our office and to the firm," said Al McKenna, managing partner of FordHarrison's Orlando office. "I believe his strong grasp of the law and great people skills will make him an excellent addition to the firm."
