FordHarrison Adds Senior Associate in Miami

FordHarrison LLP, one of the country's largest management-side labor and employment law firms, is pleased to announce that Suhaill M. Morales, has joined the firm's Miami office as a Senior Associate.

Suhaill Morales devotes her practice to working with employers on a broad range of labor and employment matters. She regularly counsels local, regional and national companies in regard to compliance with state and federal employment laws.  Her work includes counseling employers on such issues as wage and hour, employee discipline and discharge, handbook development and employee policy violations, and anti-discrimination and anti-harassment.

She has litigation experience in a wide array of employment disputes, including workplace discrimination and harassment, wage and hour, and whistleblower retaliation. Suhaill has defended employers in state and federal courts, arbitration forums, and administrative agencies, such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Florida Commission on Human Relations. Suhaill has traditional-labor experience and has defended employers in union arbitrations, and against Unfair Labor Charges with the National Labor Relations Board.
