FordHarrison Continues Increasing Numbers, Adds Two Associates in Tampa Office

FordHarrison LLP, one of the country's largest management-side labor and employment law firms, is proud to announce the addition of Associates David M. Kalteux and Daniel K. Miles to the firm's Tampa office.

"We are pleased that we have been able to add such highly talented individuals to our team," said Tracey Jaensch, the Office Managing Partner of FordHarrison's Tampa office. "David and Daniel are eager to develop and grow in the practice of labor and employment law and add additional depth which will benefit our clients, both in Tampa, and nationwide."

Prior to joining FordHarrison, David Kalteux was a summer associate with the firm and before that, served as a law clerk at two other Tampa Bay area law firms, gaining extensive experience performing legal research, drafting memoranda and preparing and editing motions.

During law school, David served as a Stetson Law Ambassador and participated in the Stetson Intramural American Association for Justice Mock Trial Competition placing second in 2014 and third in 2013. David was also a member of the Labor and Employment Law Society and was a Guardian Ad Litem, advocating for children's best interests. He earned his J.D., cum laude, from Stetson University College of Law in 2015.

Before joining FordHarrison, Daniel Miles served as a summer associate with the firm. He also previously served as a legal intern in the Office of the Attorney General in the Criminal Appeals division in Tampa. In this role he researched criminal appellate issues ranging from suppression of evidence to withdrawal of pleas and drafted appellate response briefs to be filed with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second District.

Daniel served as the President of the Stetson University College of Law Federalist Society and was a member of Stetson's Trial Team while in law school. He also placed first in the American Association for Justice Mock Trial Competition and second in the National Civil Trial Competition. Some of Daniel's other law school honors include receiving the International Academy of Trial Lawyers Award and the Victor O. Whele Award for Excellence in Trial Advocacy, as well as being inducted into the National Order of Barristers. He earned his J.D., cum laude, from Stetson University College of Law in 2015.
