FordHarrison LLP announces the addition of Fred Gaona, III, as Partner in the firm's Dallas office.
Fred practices Labor and Employment law. Fred has extensive litigation experience on behalf of management in connection with all types of employment disputes, including claims under Title VII, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act and numerous state statutes. Fred also handles general litigation matters and resolves disputes related to non-competition agreements. In addition, Fred has experience defending class action lawsuits and cases in arbitration.
Fred also has in-depth knowledge of electronic discovery issues in the workplace; having advised clients on these issues for most of his law career and working as a computer analyst prior to beginning his career in law.
