FordHarrison LLP, a national labor and employment law firm, announces the addition of W. Russell Hamilton as Of Counsel in the firm's Melbourne office.
Russell Hamilton concentrates his practice on representing employers, employer associations and employee benefit plans and fiduciaries in labor, employment, and employee benefits and withdrawal liability matters. He has extensive trial experience and counsels employers on compliance with the full array of equal employment opportunity laws, wage and hour laws, WARN, USERRA, Sarbanes-Oxley, FMLA, GINA and COBRA and has defended employers in litigation of matters in those areas.
Prior to relocating and joining FordHarrison, Russell was a partner in the labor and employment practice group of a national multi-practice law firm, and, then, a shareholder in a large, Florida-based general services law firm.
