FordHarrison Expands New York Office – Roshni Chaudhari Joins Firm

Date   Nov 26, 2012

FordHarrison LLP, a national labor and employment law firm, is pleased to announce the addition of Roshni Chaudhari as a senior associate in the firm's New York office. Prior to joining the firm, she served as a litigation associate at a New York-based corporate law firm.

Chaudhari concentrates her practice on the representation of management in labor and employment law matters. She advises clients in various issues of state and federal law including Title VII, FLSA, EPA, ADEA, ADA, and New York State and City Human Rights Law.  She also assists companies with employee and supervisor training programs.  In addition, Chaudhari reviews and recommends revisions to clients' personnel policies and advises high-level executives on employment and termination contracts.

After law school, Chaudhari spent a year clerking for Judge Joseph A. Greenaway, Jr. on the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Following law school, she also devoted time to a presidential political campaign and to the Democracy Program at the Brennan Center for Justice at NYU School of Law, working on voting rights and elections issues.  Chaudhari received her J.D. from the University of Chicago School of Law in 2008.

"We are very pleased to welcome Roshni to the firm," said Stephen Zweig, managing partner of FordHarrison's New York office. "I am confident she will strengthen our office's efforts to deliver the highest level of quality client service."
