FordHarrison LLP, one of the nation's largest management-side labor and employment law firms, is pleased to announce that Rachel Ziolkowski Ullrich has joined the firm's Dallas office as Counsel. Rachel comes to FordHarrison from Gruber Hurst Johansen Hail Shank, LLP. She adds to the Dallas office's recent growth; Jennifer Jones started in June 2014.

Rachel is Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, with nearly 20 years' experience in employment and commercial litigation. She has extensive experience representing clients in jury trials, bench trials, arbitrations and a variety of administrative hearings (EEOC, Texas Workforce Commission, Department of Labor and other state and federal agencies). Rachel also provides training and counseling services to clients in all areas of labor and employment law including employee discipline and terminations, medical leave and workplace accommodation issues, policy creation and implementation and the creation and enforcement of restrictive covenants such as non-disclosure, non-solicitation and non-competition agreements. Rachel also has extensive experience defending employers in wage and hour disputes, including DOL investigations and collective actions.
