Gregory Christian is a Partner at Paisner Litvin Hauser, which is an affiliate of FordHarrison LLP.

He focuses his practice in management side labor relations, union avoidance, organizational campaigns, collective bargaining, management and employee training and related employee relations matters. He is a principle in Labor Management Advisors, LLC, a sister company to Paisner Litvin, LLP focused on preparing and assisting employers in a pragmatic and cost effective manner for the significant changes to how organized labor will function in a post EFCA environment, and best practices in employee management.

Christian has extensive experience as a lawyer in private practice and as an executive in both mid size and large corporations. He began his career as a management side labor attorney in a boutique labor law firm based in Philadelphia where he negotiated collective bargaining agreements, conducted organizational campaigns, and handled numerous grievance and arbitration matters. He transitioned to an in house position with Trans Freight Systems, Inc. a regional logistics conglomerate where he worked is positions of increasing responsibility including Vice President of Labor Relations and Corporate Affairs. He then took a similar position with Foamex International, Inc. a then Fortune 1000 manufacturer of polyurethane foams used in a wide variety of industrial and commercial applications including the automotive, bedding, furniture and technical markets, with over 6,000 employees and 75 locations. Over the course of eleven years with Foamex, Christian held a number of executive positions including General Counsel, Executive Vice President of Human Resources, Chief Administrative Officer, and Chief Restructuring Officer.

Christian has also served on the boards of Directors for Foamex International, the board of an international joint venture in Thailand and serves numerous civic organizations.
