The Employment Law Post - "That's What She Said"
Date   Oct 16, 2009

In this blog, Kristin Starnes Gray, an associate in Ford & Harrison's Spartanburg office, writes about the latest episode of "The Office." She discusses how several Dunder Mifflin employees believe Oscar, an insurance salesman, is part of the mafia due to his Italian heritage. They proceed to battle a perceived low-level mafia shakedown, which is definitely not office-appropriate conduct. The episode also raises sexual harassment concerns. Bottom line, if Oscar decided to file suit, it could very well cost Dunder Mifflin a lot more than a three month paid vacation and a Lexus.
