Hannah Yoder represents clients in employment law challenges, with a specific focus on elder care facilities. 

Hannah appears on behalf of clients in federal and state courts, and before administrative agencies at both the state and federal level. She also represents clients in arbitration and other alternative dispute resolution forums. 

Prior to joining FordHarrison, Hannah was an associate at a large national general services law firm where she represented nursing homes and assisted living facilities in lawsuits alleging Chapter 429 and 400 violation of rights and negligence, as well as premises liability and general liability claims. She also obtained significant experience defending healthcare providers and physician practices against allegations of medical malpractice. 

While earning her J.D. at Stetson Law, Hannah was a member of the Alternate Dispute Resolution board and served as a Student Editor for both the Journal for International Wildlife Law and Policy and the Journal of International Aging Law and Policy. She also served as Treasurer for the Elder Law Society and as a Stetson Ambassador. Hannah was a recipient of The William F. Blews Pro Bono Service Award for performing twice the amount of pro bono work required for graduation.
