About the Program
Join FordHarrison attorneys Rick Warren and Pat Ryan for a breakfast briefing designed to provide practical guidance on determining independent contractor status in an increasingly challenging legal environment. Topics will include litigation trends and the U.S. Department of Labor's new Administrator's Interpretation on independent contractors. Rick and Pat will also provide attendees with a checklist for evaluating independent contractor status.
