FordHarrison LLP, one of the country’s largest management-side labor and employment law firms, is pleased to announce that Jenny S. Choi has joined the firm’s Los Angeles office as counsel. Jenny comes to FordHarrison from Wood, Smith, Henning & Berman LLP.
Jenny's legal practice is focused on the representation of management in matters related to labor and employment law. She is skilled in representing clients in all phases of litigation, including any appellant processes. Her experience includes defending employers against alleged violations of federal and California wage and hour laws, as well as against claims of discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination. Jenny has represented clients in a broad range of industries including hospitality, construction, transportation, and real estate.
Prior to joining FordHarrison, Jenny was an associate in the Los Angeles office of a large national full service firm defending clients ranging from small business to large corporations in all phases of complex, multi-party litigation. This post allowed her to develop a diverse range of experience handling not only employment matters, but also business litigation, products liability, construction law, and general liability. Jenny is also very active in community outreach and since 2012 has devoted time to Share Our Strength, an organization dedicated to ending childhood hunger. Through Share Our Strength, Jenny has served as a committee member for for Taste of the Nation, an national annual tasting event for which 100% of the proceeds are donated to the No Kid Hungry campaign to end childhood hunger.
