Julie Trout is an associate with Kastner Westman & Wilkins, which is an affiliate of FordHarrison LLP.
Prior to law school, Julie served as a customer service supervisor for the Automotive Refinish division of PPG Industries, so she understands first-hand the challenges that can face an employer on a daily basis. Given her personal experience working with both customers and employees, Julie finds helping clients comply with the full range of labor and employment laws very fulfilling. In addition to providing proactive advice to clients, Julie represents employers in state and federal courts and before the EEOC and state fair employment practice agencies when discrimination claims arise.
