About the Program
Employers who rely upon information contained in consumer reports to make employment decisions - including hiring, retention, promotion or reassignment - must comply with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). The FCRA has a number of provisions that must be strictly adhered to or the employer can face a host of violations. FCRA class actions are on the rise.
