New Jersey-Based FordHarrison Attorney Selected To 2014 Rising Stars List

Date   Mar 13, 2014

FordHarrison LLP is pleased to announce that Joanna S. Rich, Senior Associate in the firm's New Jersey office, has been named a "2014 New Jersey Rising Star" by Super Lawyers magazine.

Joanna Rich concentrates her practice on the representation of employers in labor and employment law matters.  She has experience handling a wide range of employment issues including conducting internal investigations of sexual harassment and assault, pregnancy discrimination, whistleblower claims, and misappropriation of trade secrets.  Joanna also counsels employers on employee handbooks, FMLA eligibility, wage and hour compliance and disciplinary issues.

Attorneys are selected for this honor through a patented multiphase process, peer review by practice area and independent research on candidates. The rigorous process is designed to identify lawyers who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. The Rising Stars list recognizes those who are 40 years old or younger or those who have been practicing for 10 years or less. While up to 5 percent of lawyers in a state are selected as Super Lawyers, no more than 2.5 percent of the lawyers in the state are named ‘Rising Stars.'
