Join FordHarrison Partner Ed Carlstedt for an informative discussion of Florida's noncompete statute, Section 542.335, Florida Statutes. This 1 hour program will focus on the noncompete statute's requirements and the enforceability of various types of restrictive covenants under Florida law.
