Please join FordHarrison attorney Natalya G. Johnson for a complimentary webinar on Davis-Bacon and other federal contracting wage laws the U.S. Department of Labor enforces. The DOL has become increasingly active in their investigation and enforcement of federal wage and hour laws.  The webinar will provide an overview for understanding the requirements of the Davis-Bacon and McNamara O'Hara Service Contract Acts.  Additionally, the Obama Administration has recently enacted Executive Orders that incorporate prevailing wage compliance considerations.  The webinar will offer timely and practical advice for employers subject to the Davis-Bacon and McNamara O'Hara Service Contract Acts in maintaining compliance with these laws.
