About the Program
Ford & Harrison partner Al McKenna will lead a discussion on the most recent changes in employment law. This topic will cover a variety of areas of employment law including recent changes to wage/hour tip credit rules, developments in immigration and trends in discrimination litigation. Ford & Harrison partner Andy Hament will explain the recent modifications to the ADA. He will also discuss the interplay between the ADA and the FMLA and what you can do to ensure your company is in compliance with these regulations.
