Robert Litvin is one of the founding partners of Paisner Litvin Hauser, which is Of Counsel to FordHarrison LLP.

He focuses his practice on employee benefits law. His practice covers both the tax and nontax aspects of employee benefits law, including qualified retirement plans, health and welfare plans, executive compensation and stock based compensation arrangements. Mr. Litvin counsels clients on plan design and implementation as well as tax compliance issues. Mr. Litvin also advises employers and plan trustees on the fiduciary aspects of plan administration and investments. Mr. Litvin represents clients before the Internal Revenue Service as well as the Department of Labor with regard to employee benefit matters.

Prior to forming Paisner Litvin LLP, Litvin was a Senior Manager at Deloitte & Touche. He was also with the law Firms of Schnader Harrison Segal & Lewis and Klett Rooney Lieber & Schorling.

Litvin is an adjunct law professor at Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law, where he teaches in the Graduate Tax Program. Mr. Litvin has authored several published articles appearing in various law and HR journals, and he is a co-author of BNA Tax Management Portfolio #389-3rd ("Medical Plans: COBRA, MSAs and Disability").
