Join us for FordHarrison's Sixth Annual Year-End Labor and Employment Law Workshop, Featuring Discussions on Emerging Issues in Labor and Employment Law in the U.S. and Abroad

This year's Workshop will include a timely and detailed panel discussion on cyber-theft of confidential information, proprietary business data, and trade secrets led by employment attorneys from Canada, the U.K., Mexico, Denmark, and China.

Continuing Education

  • Continuing Legal Education approval is pending from:
    • The Supreme Court of New Jersey Board on Continuing Legal Education for 7.75 hours of CLE including 1.75 hours of Ethics credit,
    • The New York State Continuing Legal Education Board for 7.75 hours of CLE including 1.75 hours of Ethics credit, and
    • The Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Board for 6.5 hours of CLE including 1.5 hours of Ethics credit.
  • Human Resources Continuing Education:
    • This program is pre-approved for 6.5 hours of PHR, SPHR and GPHR credit from HRCI.
    • FordHarrison is recognized by SHRM to offer Professional Development Credits (PDCs) for the SHRM-CPSM or SHRM-SCPSM. Approval is pending from SHRM for 6.5 hours of PDCs.
