This year's Workshop will include a timely update of Emerging Issues in Labor and Employment Law by guest speaker P. David Lopez, General Counsel of the EEOC.

*Continuing Education

  • Continuing Legal Education approval is pending from: 
    • The Supreme Court of New Jersey Board on Continuing Legal Education for 7.8 hours of CLE including 1.2 hours of Ethics credit, 
    • The New York State Continuing Legal Education Board for 7.8 hours of CLE including 1.2 hours of Ethics credit, and
    • The Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Board for 6.5 hours of CLE including 1 hour of Ethics credit. 
  • Human Resources Continuing Education: 
    • Approval is pending for 6.5 hours of PHR, SPHR and GPHR credit from HRCI. 
    • FordHarrison is recognized by SHRM to offer Professional Development Credits (PDCs) for the SHRM-CPSM or SHRM-SCPSM. Approval is pending from SHRM for 6.5 hours of PDCs.
