Marc Esposito practices traditional labor law with a concentration on representing air carriers under the Railway Labor Act.
He primarily handles arbitrations, collective bargaining and union organizing campaigns.
During law school, he was named to the Order of the Coif.

Marc has represented carriers in collective bargaining across all segments of the industry (large network carriers, regionals, low cost airlines and cargo carriers), negotiating deals with every work group (pilots, flight attendants, agents, mechanics and dispatchers) with virtually all airline labor organizations.

Has successfully handled negotiations for initial collective bargaining agreements, amendable contracts and various restructuring agreements.
- Has successfully represented airlines in numerous representation campaigns involving all crafts and classes. Develops successful campaign strategies and communications in assisting carriers avoid unionization. Also often assists clients with positive employee relations in unionized and union-free work groups.
- Assists carrier with developing long-term labor relations strategy.
